MADRID – 25 February 2019 – Beyond the spotlight of the Olympic Games where legends are made, their legacy lives on. In the all-new season of Legends Live On, Olympic heroes show how they are translating their success into careers and inspiring future generations. The first episode featuring gold medallist Edgar Grospiron, the French freestyle skier turned motivational speaker, premieres 25 February on olympicchannel.com, its mobile apps and on selected connected TV devices, and at 20:00 CET on Eurosport.
Featuring Olympic legends from around the world, new instalments of the 10-episode, second season of the Olympic Channel original series will premiere each month on the Olympic Channel global digital platform and Eurosport.
In the first episode, Edgar Grospiron is profiled from how he became the first-ever Olympic moguls champion at Albertville 1992 to how he is using his success to inspire young athletes to fulfil their dreams and accomplish their goals.
“What I want to say is very simple: it’s always about motivation,” said Grospiron, a two-time Olympic medallist and three-time world champion, on achieving our aspirations. “You don’t dream because you’re motivated, you’re motivated because you dream.”
